VIMARC Electric Vibrator Motors are specially developed and designed as vibrator motors. They are totally different from standard electrical motors in execution and electrical design. They surpass any electrical motor adapted to be a vibrator.

VIMARC Motors are equipped with special heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearings, which have a very long B10 bearing lifetime. These bearings are specially designed to carry a large axial and radial force.  VIMARC Motors’ special lubricated heavy-duty bearings are sealed within the bearing housing for maintenance free operation in most models. Larger models are provided with lubrication fittings for periodic greasing at intervals of two to four months with lithium hydroxy-stearate, such as Shell Alvania No. R-3, which is readily available, or equivalent.  The rotor shaft and other components are engineered in heavy-duty design. The rotor has been shrunk onto the shaft.

VIMARC Motors are so constructed and dimensioned that it is practically impossible to overload the electrical windings. The high starting torque ensures quick run-up to operating speed. Since the motors have been designed with ample dimensions from both an electrical and mechanical perspective, working temperatures remain at a low level even after months of continuous operation.

VIMARC Motors can be delivered with windings meeting any insulation class required for a particular application. Classes F and H are standard. Protection class IP65 & IP66.

VIMARC Motors come in speeds from nom. 600 to 3600 rpm; CF from 1,000 to 34,000 lbs, and up to 12.6 hp. The performance of the sixty different standard models can be altered to suit by the manufacturer and by the use of speed controllers. 25, 50 and 60 Hertz are standard, as well as 230, 380, 460 and 575 Volt.

VIMARC Motors are easy to adjust for the right centrifugal force from zero to a 100%.

VIMARC Motors offer explosion-proof versions in 50 Hz and 60 Hz (CSA and FM approved), as well as the increased safety versions required in Europe and other parts of the world (ATEX Certified). This would include the EEx e II T3 or T4 (increased safety version for 50 Hz), EEx d IIB T4, 50 Hz and 60 Hz (flameproof enclosure), as approved by PTB. All VIMARC's bear the CE mark.

VIMARC Motors utilize stainless steel end covers.

VIMARC Motors can be delivered with special features for high ambient temperature, e.g. for service in the tropics.
